Yamaha has recently stated a customizable FZ-X challenge with digitally rendered, and here we have one of them customizable into a Café racer.

Yamaha FZ-X is the latest edition of its Indian market portfolio. With that, the brand has introduced the neo retro-styled bike FZ-X into a premium bike segment. Although, the bike doesn’t really impress many bike enthusiasts in India with its design. Due to this the manufacturer announced the ‘Customise FZ-X Challenge’ via social media handles. The two-wheeler brand has inviting many individuals and groups of designers, to digitally customize the FZ-X. Also, with this, it is encouraging many various tuners and designers across the country to put up their iteration of customized FZ-X online.

This particular Yamaha FZ-X is digitally designed by Autologue design, which is based in Pune Maharashtra. The designer has customized the Yamaha FZ-X virtually and it looks sleek and better. Talking about the design, at the front it gets a fairing old school café racer. The bike features a single-piece seat with a custom cowl for the pillion seat, along with an air shroud of the yellow-painted fuel tank. For a more premium look, the black stripes have been used on the downsides of the Tank. Other notable features in the design are redesigned tail lamps, side panels, and side mirrors. Overall the design of this rendered one looks decent compared with the Stock design.

Coming to the challenge the brand has announced, one can register its entry online. And the manufacture is receiving a lot of response across the country and there are many entries on their table. It should be noted that Yamaha could end up bringing the winning design to the production lines. AS for performance the FZ-X comes powered by a 149-cc single-cylinder engine, which belts out 12.2 HP of maximum power and 13.3 Nm of peak torque. the powertrain comes paired with a 5-speed gearbox system, the suspension duties are performed by a 41mm telescopic unit at the front and a monoshock at the rear. Yamaha retails FZ-X with a Rs 1.16 lakh tag ex-showroom.
