Yamaha upcoming E01 electric Cooter patent images has been leaked online, which reveals some of the details about the EV.

Yamaha has filed a trademark name for the E01, as it is speculated that the two-wheeler likely to be an electric Scooter. The Speculation confirmed courtesy of the images of the patent leaked online, as the manufacturer registered a patent in Japan showcasing the design elements of the production version. Although, the conceptual images only showcased the elements in the realistic view the production-spec details likely to tone down a little. The design inspired by YZF-R1 should not understand either as the front profile.

The images showcased a LED headlamp on the front positioned at the bottom, and the latch below the windscreen hides the charging socket. Along, with LED DRLs at the front or it could be indicators of battery. Yamaha E01 does give it up a muscular presence, at least from the patent images, giving a Maxi-Scooter appearance. You can find a smooth flowing side profile with futuristic rear alongside a tall windblast protector. The battery pack is positioned between the footrest and it enables a low center of gravity and giving the scooter a decent riding experience.

However, the battery pack is not a swappable pack and the removable cover does not see in the images as well. The Scooter likes to produce a maximum power output of 11 KW, which could be handy in European markets and first-time buyers. The Electric Scooter like E01 likely to be launched in Developed countries next year possibly for now, as for the Indian market the launch not sure for now. The IC transition to electric battery packs, can be seen from many brands and the future is a green power source, so the Indian market could saw new products from mainstream manufacturers as well.
