Chinese two-wheeler manufacturer Xianglong recently revealed JSX500i, which is copied from the TVS Zeppelin concept.

The Chinese two-wheeler and four-wheeler auto manufacturing industry are known for copying design and design elements from other foreign manufactures. And we have seen plenty of cars, bikes, SUVs copied by Chinese brands over the years. Although, Xiang Shuai heavy machinery has gone ahead from their other brands, as it has copied the still concept design of bike named as TVS Zeppelin that is yet to go into production. Xianglong has revealed the copied design of TVS concept Zeppelin named JSX500i. The former bike was showcased at Auto Expo 2018, but there is no confirmation about the launch yet.

However, the similarities between the Xianglong JSX500i and TVS Zeppelin concept. Both the bikes feature hexagonal headlamps, a wide fuel tank, a thick and stubby tailgate, and a stepped single-piece seat. The side panels have the exact same design and even the radiator and engine are identical. The Xianglong JSX500i also boasts USD front forks, and handlebars are taller on JSX500i than the TVS Zeppelin concept. The Chinese bike rides on preload-adjustable monoshock rear suspension and braking are handled by dual-disc at the front wheel and a single disc at the rear wheel. The Chinese brand also comprises all-LED lighting from front to rear profile.

As for performance, the Xianglong JSX500i comes powered by a 471cc water-cooled twin parallel cylinder, which belts out 44.87 PS of maximum power and 41 Nm of peak torque. The powertrain mated with a 6-speed transmission gearbox system, along with a top speed of 150 Kmph. While, TVS Zeppelin concept comes powered by a 220-cc single-cylinder engine, mated with a 1.2 KW regenerative electric motor and a 48V lithium-ion battery pack. There are no specifications revealed about the power and torque, although the debut of the bike will be soon later next year. It also had a semi-digital instrument cluster, bar end rear mirrors, 17-inch alloy wheels, 110/70 and 140/70 tires section, at front and rear.
