Toyota Kirloskar Motors India September 2021 sales analysis, and dispatched over 9,000 units last month and gets 14% growth.

Toyota Motors India has revealed their overall sales figures for September 2021. In which they domestically dispatched 9,284 units last month as against 8,116 units sold during the same month last year resulting in overall positive sales growth of 14 percent on a YoY basis. In terms of cumulative sales till now in 2021 from January to September they overall sold 94,493 units till now as against during the same period they dispatched 47,743 units in 2020 same period. Toyota is overall enjoying rather strong sales all courtesy goes to the Maruti Suzuki.

The major turned around for the Toyota India was done after they bought and added the rebadged version of Maruti Suzuki Baleno and Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza in its rebadged version through OEM deal. Although, Toyota is planning to add a more rebadged version of the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz named as Toyota Belta in the coming months. Apart from that Suzuki Ertiga based MPV is also in line for rebadged for Toyota next year. As for now, Toyota has also an EV in its pipeline for the Indian market which could share its platform with Maruti Suzuki WagonR and the test mules are also spotted.

While, few updates also be given to the Fortuner line-up like wireless android auto, apple car play, some added safety features.
