Mahindra and Mahindra also working to launch affordable electric vehicles in the Indian market which would be an entry-level micro SUV currently on sale. The brand is expected to launch a KUV100 EV in the Indian market towards the end of this year in this new model will likely be the most affordable electric vehicle in the country. Mahindra eKUV100 was showcased back in the 2020 auto Expo in a near-production form with a 15.9 Kilowatt Hour lithium battery pack and a 40 kW electric motor.
