Hero MotoCorp recently launched Xpulse 200 4V version in the Indian market. It is priced from Rs 1.28 lakh ex-showroom. Although, the regular model Xpulse 200 comes priced at Rs 1.23 lakh ex-showroom, and on-road Delhi Rs 1.45 lakh. The added 4 valve engine, improves the power and torque by almost 6%, and along with that new 7fin cooler has also been added for better heat reduction.   • Powerful engine

The biggest notable change made to Xpulse 200 is adding 4 valve engines. The 199.6 ccs single-cylinder oil-cooled engine comes offered with two valve setups, adding more valves to the engine makes more breathing for the powertrain at higher RPM. As a result, the power output has been increased up to 19.1 PS and 17.35 Nm of torque in comparison to 18.1 PS and 16.45 Nm. The transmission remains the same 5-Speed.

  • Dual tone paint Job  

The Hero Xpulse 200 4V is offered in three paint schemes. Trail blue, blitz blue, and red raid. This dual-tone paint color looks brilliant with the bike, along with the standard 4V graphic on the fuel tank area. However, no changes have been made to the overall design.

  • Features and equipment’s

There is no change to the offered features list and equipment. It continues to have the same LCD instrument cluster, enable with smartphone connectivity and Bluetooth function. Apart from that, all lightning are LED from headlamps to taillights. The Xpulse 200 4V rides on the same 21-inch front tire with telescopic 35 mm Diameter suspension and 18-inch rear tire with swingarm rear monoshock suspension. The brakes continue to have a 276 mm front disc brake and 220 mm rear disc brake.

Hero Xpulse has priced at Rs 1.28 lakh which makes it Rs 5,000 costlier than its predecessor Xpulse 200. It is also offered with a rally kit which costs Rs 46,000. The bike rivals RE Himalayan, KTM 250 Adventure, Honda CBX 200, and BMW G310 GS.
