Tata PUNCH was unveiled just few weeks ago and in its first month it has sold over 8,000 units beating all the rivals in its rivals in India.

Tata Motors officially announced the prices of PUNC micro-SUV last month and deliveries also started just last week. For the last month PUNCH displaced 8,453 units last month beating all its rivals like KUV100 NXT, Maruti Ignis and S-Presso. It is priced from Rs 5.49 lakh ex-showroom New Delhi meant to attract the mass market models can be targeted.

The 5-seater SUV is a production version of HBX and H2X. It is the second car based on an ALFA platform after the launch of tata Altroz premium hatchback. It is also getting almost same features like Altroz, which comprises of 90-degree doors opening, flat rear passenger floor, IRA connectivity and lots more. Apart from that both the vehicles rewarded with 5-star safety rating from Global NCAP. The PUNCH also gets best marks in both adult and Child occupant safety and becomes the safest car in the Indian market beating Mahindra XUV300.

The Micro SUV is sold within four variants Pure, Adventure, accomplished and Creative along with three packages price from Rs 30,000 to Rs 45,000. The Homegrown manufacturer registered highest monthly ever sales and gets a market share of 13.4% in October 2021. In the first month the 5-seater SUV sold 8,453 units last month and becomes the tenth most sold passenger vehicle last month. Powering the SUV is 1.2 Litre naturally aspirated three-cylinder petrol engine developing 86 PS of maximum power and 113 Nm of peak torque. The powertrain comprises of 5-speed MT and optional AMT.

While, for better handling it becomes offered with traction pro mode for better off roading. The features list comprises of 16-indh diamond cut alloy wheels, leather wrapped steering wheel, 90-degree door openings, Auto climate control, best in class boot space, reverse parking camera, pushy start/stop button, Auto start stop feature, 7-inch infotainment system, rating sensing wiper, TFT instrument cluster and lots more.
