Tata Motors India revealed its September 2021 sales analysis in which the brand registered 25,730 units against 21,199 units.

Tata Motors India has revealed their sales figures for September 2021. Last month manufacture registered a total cumulative sale of 25,730 units against 21,199 units during the same period last year resulting in 21 percent positive sales growth on a year-on-year basis. Passenger vehicles with internal combustion engines continued to be the best seller for the brand. Last month IC-engine products sales stood at 24,652 units against 20,891 units during the same corresponding month last year getting 18 percent positive sales when compared on a year-on-year basis.

Although, electric vehicles from the brand saw their highest monthly sales ever of 1,078 units last month. While when compared on a Year-on-year basis electric vehicles sales stand at 308 units which resulted in the massive positive sales growth of around 250% for the EVs. Overall car manufacturer list tata once again gets the third position below Maruti Suzuki and Hyundai. Although the fourth position was held by Mahindra and Mahindra last month. On the sales performance Mr. Shailesh Chandra president of the passenger vehicles business unit, said” Tata Motors PV saw a decade high positive sale as they sold 83,933 units, registering a massive growth by 53% versus Q2F21. This growth is courtesy of back on demand post-second wave of Covid crisis in India and will grow more and more as the festive season is ahead next month”.

Although, talking about the future product from the Indian manufacturer Tata motors. The manufacturer is planning to launch a new Micro-SUV named PUNCH in the Indian market on October 7th, 2021. Although, there are many walkarounds and features already been leaked ahead of launch. The Micro-SUV comes powered with the same powertrain as offered in the tata Altroz 1.2 Litre naturally aspirated engine. Tata PUNCH could be the best seller product from the brand. As it will likely be priced starting from Rs 5.20 lakh for the base variant and goes up to Rs 8.50 lakh for the top-end trim. The PUNCH will likely achieve the best sale figures for the brand upon the launch. The Micro-SUV is scheduled for October 4th for the official unveil and go on sale in the next week of October.
