Royal Enfield Classic 350 gets expensive once again this year ahead of the new-generation launch, which is expected to be this month itself.

Royal Enfield once again hikes the prices of its line-up in the Indian market. The hike also includes its classic 350, which is slated to have a new generation this month itself. This is the second price hike done by the brand this year itself. Royal Enfield Classic 350 is one of the best-selling models in the brand line-up but as the prices continue to be increased like this then it won’t be good for the makers. As of now-classic 350 comes with a starting price of Rs 1.79 lakh and goes up to Rs 2.06 lakh for the top variant.

The second price hike now tops up the top variant of classic 350 above the Rs 2 lakh mark. As the prices increasing the Royal Enfield classic 350 continues to reach out to bike enthusiasts who didn’t have a deep pocket. In fact, the Honda H’Ness 350 is now much cheaper than the Classic with better equipped and costs less. Although, the manufacturer is planning to launch the new generation classic in India very soon with few subtle updates like TFT Instrument cluster bigger fender tripper navigation, and a new engine. As per reports, the new generation classic will feature the Meteor 350 engine.

The new engine features in classic will develop 20.4 PS of maximum power and 27 Nm of peak torque, paired with a 5-speed transmission gearbox system. However, this price hike also doesn’t include any changes and updates to the ongoing bike. The new generation avatar is expected to hit the showroom by the end of the month.
