Royal Enfield India has announced their sales number for April 2021, with the most sold bike is from the 350cc segment.

Royal Enfield Chennai-based motorcycle manufacturer has released their sales figures for April 2021, as the brand registered a total of 53,298 units, agonist 66,058 units in March 2021, with getting 19.32 percent of sales de-growth. There is no year-on-year sales comparison as last year April 2020, India had entered the full lockdown period due to pandemic globally, and manufacturing and dispatch were totally shut down during the period. Although, the manufactures around the globe started recovering at the end of last year, and still in the recovery phase.
The manufacturer also reported a domestic sales tally of 48,789 units last month, against 60,173 units that were dispatched in the domestic market in March 2021, thus gives a negative sales growth of 18.92 percent on a MOM basis. Meanwhile, the export numbers stood at 4,509 units for April 2021, against 5,885 units in March 2021, thus getting a 23.39 percent decline in sales volume. Of all the motorcycles dispatched in April 2021, 46,561 units were of the 350 cc segment models – Classic 350, Meteor 350, and Bullet 350.
Although, 6,737 units dispatched were from the 350cc+ segment which comprises Himalayan, interceptor 650, and continental GT 650. While the second wave of the virus is upon India many brands’ sales for this month likely to go down drastically as the Indian market moving towards nationwide lockdown just like last year. Royal Enfield has a lot of new bikes in its pipeline up for launch and a lot of test mules have been spotted recently. the upcoming bikes could be – Cruiser 650, Shotgun 650, Hunter 350, and the New-Gen classic 350.
