We already reported numerous issues related to issues and here’s the all-new issue which has cropped up on the long list of problems that the scooter is facing.
In one of the recent posts on Twitter, Ola S1 pro username Srinath Manu posted a picture of his black color Ola S1 pro which has shown the front part of the scooter which is suspended as broken apart. The user claimed that the front suspension of the S1 was extremely weak and got broke during low-speed riding. However, the user hasn’t mentioned the actual reason that cause the breakdown of the front suspension which along with the front tire and wheel have got completely dispatched from the scooter.
The user has tagged the Twitter handles of Ola electric CEO at founder Bhavesh Agarwal in Ola electric in his post stating that the user has faced such a seriously dangerous thing during low speed. He also added Ola scooter should consider replacement or design change so that people’s lives are not put at risk due to poor quality of materials. In support of this post, a couple of other Twitter replied his so citing the same issue faced. One of those Twitter users posted a picture of broker red color S1 pro on the same thread.
This new quality issue related to the Ola S1 pro has cropped out at a time when the scooter is already blocked with numerous serious issues such as battery dying battery on fire scooter on fire remaining range instant reverse mode during 50 kilometers per hour speed and many other problems. Other issues such as no response from the customer care of Ola electric in case of report issues irregular fit finish levels and la ack response from the emergency customer care. Many users have even reported a non-responsive and poor service from the end of Ola electric in their course of after-sales experience.
