Next-Gen Toyota Land Cruiser leaked technical drawings last month made headlines, and just a few days ago the production-ready version of the Land Cruiser spied images has been surfing the internet. The Spied images give us a brief look at the style and features of the flagship off-roader SUV. The recent images showcased a massive sports grille at the front with the air vent running all around it. The front grille has integrated horizontal chrome slats and rectangular bigger headlamps. And on the top, we can also see pair of roof rails. The ORVMs were seen to be mounted on the doors, not on the windows, which also improves its aerodynamics.
On the other hand, the rear section doesn’t really come up with a major change, as SUV will carry on its wraparound LED taillights and flat tailgate. As for the alloy wheels, the SUV gets an option between 17-inch wheels on the base model and goes up to 20-inch wheels on Top end model. Although, we will have to wait for the clear-spied images and videos for more clarity on the features. Although, it is expected that the interior cabin will feature more premium and advanced technologies. Along with a larger floating touchscreen infotainment system and a new steering wheel design.
The powertrain doesn’t officially reveal yet, but the reports suggest that the Next-Gen Land Cruiser could be offered with multiple engines, and the range-topping trim could get V8 3.3 Litre turbocharged diesel engine. The SUV could be debuting in the next coming months, and like the previous-Generation models, the SUV will also come into the Indian market through CBU import. Although, the SUV will go on sale in selected international markets by the end of this year.
