New Generation Skoda Octavia 1st unit rolled out from the manufacturer Aurangabad plant and expected to launch Soon.

Skoda Octavia was first launched in the Indian market back in 2001. Since the launch, it has been one of the most sold vehicles and most premium sedan one can buy. Now Crenzh republic manufacturer has started production of their 4th generation Skoda Octavia, which could go on sale very soon later this month. The manufacture 1st unit of New generation Octavia rolled out from its Aurangabad production plant, in lava blue paint option, along with Lauren and clement badge to pay respect to the founders of Skoda.
The Next Generation Octavia will go on sale this month itself, and according to the manufacturers, the new Gen will be superior to the old generation in terms of technology, features, and up-market luxury vibe. As of now the east features list and specs haven’t been officially revealed by the brand. As for the global model is a concern, it gets a lot of premium features like, 10.25-inch instrument cluster, three-zone auto climate control, 10.0-inch floating infotainment system that supports wireless android auto and apple car play with connected Smartphone technology as well, which enables you to control your start/stop, lock/unlock, and many features. As for the performance, in the Indian market, the vehicle is expected to power with a 2.0 Litre turbo petrol engine, which can also be seen in the bigger sibling Superb.
The Engine generates 190 PS of maximum power and 320 Nm of peak torque when paired with a 7-Speed DSG automatic transmission gearbox system. The New model will be missing out on oil burner engines like another Skoda and Volkswagen car in India. The Octavia is the best-selling sedan from Skoda’s global portfolio, over 6.5 Million units of Octavia have been sold, which produces of brand’s plant facilities in India, China, Russia, and Kazakhstan. In India, Skoda sold 1 lakh units of Octavia to date. The New Generation Skoda Octavia is expected to be priced between Rs 18 lakh to Rs 24 lakh in the Indian market, and will rivals only Hyundai Elantra, as Honda Civic was already been discontinued in India due to the Shutdown of the Noida Production plant of Honda.
