Hyundai Alcazar finally launched in the Indian market, price range starting from Rs 16.30 lakh, which goes up to Rs 19.99 lakh.

Hyundai Motor India Limited finally launched the much awaited 6- 7-seater configuration SUV based on Mid-Size SUV Creta platform. Hyundai Alcazar price range starting form Rs 16.30 lakh for the base variant, and it goes up to Rs 19.99 lakh for the Top-end trim (All prices are ex-showroom). The Hyundai Alcazar compete against recently launched tata safari and MG Hector Plus in India. While, Alcazar has an advantage over its competition as it carries the longest 2760 mm wheelbase and has a biggest boot space of 180 Litres when the seats are up.

Hyundai Alcazar made offered in total of 14 different trims, spread in six variants Signature, Signature (O), prestige, Prestige(O), platinum and platinum (O). Alcazar can be had in 6-seater and 7-seater configuration, in which for the 6-seater middle row comes with captain seats, and in 7-seater last two row carries bench seating. The middle row carries a one touch tip and tumble function for easy ingress and egress of occupant for third row seating. In addition, the middle row gets the separate cup holders in 6-seater configuration.

Hyundai Alcazar comes powered by two engine option – 2.0 litre MPi four-cylinder petrol engine, which belts out 159PS of maximum power and 192 Nm of peak torque. While second is 1.5 Litre four-cylinder turbo charged oil burner which develops 115 PS of power and 250 Nm of torque. The powertrain comes paired with 6-speed MT as standard and optional 6-speed Torque convertor. Hyundai offers Alcazar in six colour option – Typhoon silver, titan grey, taiga brown, starry night, phantom black, and polar white. However, the cabin gets a dual tone theme of Cognac brown shade.
