Mahindra today has announced the launch of petrol automatic trim for XUV300 compact SUV, which features new connected tech as well.

 Mahindra and Mahindra today have annuoced the launch of the Petrol automated manual transmission trim of XUV300 compact SUV. It is priced at Rs 9.95 lakhs (Ex-showroom, New Delhi), helps in expanding the range of XUV300. The Homegrown SUV specialist says that the Six-speed automated transmission provides you the effortless driving experience. Mahindra further added that the new seam less gear shifts adapt automatically according to the comfort as well as sporty drive and very curious to find out. It offered with both manual and now with automatic transmission as well, along with hill assist function double kick shifts for easy overtaking.

Mahindra-XUV300 launched

2021 XUV300 features with new Blue sense plus connectivity-based technologies as well for the top end automatic trim. It avails features like, vehicle tracking and sharing, remote door lock/unlock, in-car controls, security and safety alerts, vehicle information alerts, emergency assist, remote Hazard lamps, and so on with use of smartphone. The XUV300 currently priced at Rs 7.95 lakhs for entry level trim and Rs 12.30 lakhs for Top-end Automatic trims (All prices are ex-showroom, New Delhi) across all variants, W4, W6, W8, and W8(O).

It is offered in 2 engine option diesel and petrol. It is offered with a 1.5 litre 4-cylinder inline diesel engine, which belts out 117 PS of maximum power and 300 Nm of peak torque. The Transmission duties for diesel engine are performed by 6-speed manual or 6-speed automated manual transmission gearbox system. The Diesel variants are priced between Rs 10.20 lakh for W6 AMT, and Rs 11.30 lakh for W8 AMT, and Rs 12.30 lakhs for W8(O) AMT. The Automated manual transmission is offered with a 1.2 litre turbocharged 4-cylinder petrol engine, which generates 110 PS of power and 200 Nm of peak torque.
