Lamborghini India yesterday announced the launch of Huracan EVO RWD Spyder convertible in the Indian market, priced from Rs 3.54 crore ex-showroom, pan India. The sedan boasts its features with an 8.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system enable with apple car play and android auto, along with a fully digital instrument console that shows speed temperature, and much more. On the occasion, the Head of Lamborghini India said” India is one of the strategic markets for Lamborghini and we consistently invest and create new unique for our customers. The Huracan EVO RWD truly doubles the driving fun and we look forward to seeing our buyers and prospects in India enjoying the sense of freedom and spirit of life that open-top driving provides”.

Lamborghini Huracan EVO RWD features three riding modes, which can be automatically or manually selected – Strada, Corsa, and Sports, also it can be selected with the multipurpose steering wheel. The Huracan EVO Spyder has a dry weight of 1,509 Kg which is 120Kg heavier than the RWD coupe version. The additional weight is due to the addition of a hydraulic mechanism for the retractable roofs, along with some structural enhancements. The manufacturer also stated that the roof can be folded up and down at a speed of 50 Km/h, and takes 17 seconds for a completely folding and unfolding mechanism.

Lamborghini Huracan EVO RWD Spyder comes powered by a 5.2 liter V10 naturally aspirated petrol engine, which belts out 610 PS of maximum power at 8,000 Rpm and 560 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 Rpm. The powertrain comes coupled with a 7-speed Dual-clutch transmission gearbox system, sending power to all wheels. The manufacturer claims that Huracan EVO can sprint from 0 to 100 Kmph in just 3.5 seconds, which is slower by 0.3 seconds compared with the RWD coupe version and 0.2 seconds slower than the EVO AWD Spyder model. The 0 to 200 kmph in just 9.2 seconds from standstill and has a top speed of 324 Kmph.
