Kia Seltos X Line has finally been launched after the recent unveiling of the car last week. All the features of the have been revealed including the price tag of the car, which is Rs. 17.79 lakhs for the petrol and Rs. 18.10 lakhs for the diesel variant (ex-showroom, Delhi) and makes these variants the range-topping variants of the car. Booking for the X Line trim has already been started and if anyone is interested, he/she can book their Seltos X Line via both Kia’s authorized dealership and on their website.
Talking about the changes and upgrades, the new Kia Seltos X Line gets a Graphite matte exterior paint job with orange accents. Apart from the Graphite matte look the car also gets many glossy black inserts on the grille mesh, front skid plate, the fog lamp housing and the rear skid plate. The orange accents extend starting from the front bumper to the lower end of the gates to the rear skid plate.
The rear however retails the original feel with only a glossy finish to the tailgate and the bumper. The tiers used here are 18-inch crystal cut alloys which also accompany an orange accent at the centre.
Talking about the powertrains, the X line is available in both 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol as well as 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine, with the former generating a maximum power output of 140 PS and maximum torque of 242 Nm, while the latter generating max power up to 115 PS and max torque up to 250 Nm.
The petrol variant of the car is available with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic unit while the diesel unit is coupled with a six-speed torque converter automatic transmission gearbox.
