Hyundai Bayon compact SUV revealed for the European markets, it drives power from the same engine as in Venue.

Hyundai Bayon compact SUV finally revealed after many leak teasers and rendered images surfing. Targeting the high-volume sales in European countries, the Bayon launching as an Entry-level SUV from the Korean manufacturer in Europe. The vehicle has lots in common with the new Latest Generation I20 and Hyundai Kona electric vehicle. Hyundai Bayon specially designs for the European market, with an Upfront end encompassing dual split headlamps cluster with LED DRLs on top. A large blacked-out radiator grille distinguishes itself from the whole body and also has a silver color skid plate lower to the grille. Also, the sportiness design continues with black B-pillars that give a dual-tone appearance.
Bayon also boasts its design with black roof rails and sharper wing mirrors on the sides. Talking about the rear side, it gets an eccentric boomerang-shaped vertical LED taillights, continued along with the strips to the rear glass. The Rearview enhance with a rear wiper, shark fin antenna, lower silver skid plate, high mounted stop lamp, black rear spoiler, and a black Side cladding that gives its SUV stature. Hyundai Bayon measures a 2580 mm longer wheelbase which ensures big interior space, 183 mm ground clearance, which gives a significant advantage over its rivals, and 411 liters of Boot space, which can further be extended to 1205 Litres with a folded rear bench seat.
For Top-trim it uses a 1.0 Litre inline 3-cylinder turbocharged TGDI petrol engine unit, that capable enough to develop either 100 HP or 120 HP or maximum power. With this, an optional 48-volt mild-Hybrid system can be specified as well. Bayon paired with a 6-speed IMT or 7-speed DCT transmission gearbox system. The 100 PS power version of the 1.0 Litre TGDI without 48V hybrid mated with a 6-MT or 7-DCT, and also came with a different driving modes option (Eco, Normal, and Sport). A 1.2 Litre MPI engine is also offered at a base-trim line with 84 PS of power and paired with a 5-MT system.
Hyundai Bayon is the first SUV from Hyundai that which equipped with a rev-matching technology which is usually offered for high N-performance cars for smoother/sportier gear downshifts in the Sport mode. The Interior comes with, 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment for top-trim and 8.0-inch infotainment as standard, 10.25-inch instrument cluster, ambient lighting, Bose-audio, wireless charging, and wireless smartphone connectivity, and so on. Hyundai Bayon could be retail with a starting price of 19,000Euro (Rs 19.36 lakhs) ex-showroom respectively, the vehicle could reach showrooms of Europe in middle of this year.
