December 2020 doesn’t go well for Japanese carmakers as their two products discontinued and their sales Decline by 13.53%.

December 2020 was a little underwhelming for the Japanese carmaker, as they record a little sales decline of 13.53% in December 2020 on a month-on-month basis. The company managed to dispatched only 8,638 units, as against 8,412 units were dispatched last year at the same period with getting a positive sales growth of sheer 2.69 percent on a year-on-year basis. In November 2020 the company managed to sell 9,990 units in the Indian market. Although on a yearly basis the company managed to grow by a mere 3 percent but faced a significant decline on a monthly basis.
Honda held their seventh position in the overall brand-wise sales chart for December 2020, as they were in November 2020. Year-end sales slow down taking as the bigger reason for the sales decline. Although a lot of buyers choose to wait the month out and plans to buy their favorite vehicle in January 2021, so as to registered their vehicle for the year 2021.
