Bajaj Motors India has become the biggest motorcycle manufacturer for the month of April 2021, which includes all the units sold in domestic as well as exported worldwide.

Bajaj Auto Motors has announced its sales figures for last month April 2021, and become the largest bike manufacturer beating Hero MotoCorp (3,39,329 units last month). Bajaj Auto clocked a total sales figures of 3,48,173 units worldwide for its motorcycle last month, over which they have exported 2,21,603 units in over 79 countries globally. Also, last financial year Bajaj climbed at the top of the overall export charts in the Indian market, accounting for over 60 percent of all two-wheelers and three-wheelers exported.
The Pune-based manufacturer also added that its exports are nearly equaled to income of Rs 12,687 crore last financial year, and 50 percent of its production units were exported to more than 78 countries worldwide. Also, Bajaj higher officials added that they produce and sold more than 1.25 million pulsars globally, in the majority of its market’s retails, it sits at the top of the sales chart. Over the last 10 years, Bajaj has exported over 18 million motorcycles with incomes equal to over USD 14 billion in global sales.
Bajaj Auto Motors has also announced that they are working on opening a new production plant at Chakan, Maharashtra, with a total investment of over Rs 650 crore. The new plant will be manufacturing the Chetak EV and the premium bikes from the brand’s domestic portfolio. The brand is the third largest motorcycle manufacturer in the world, along with the largest three-wheeler producer globally. The brand has a market capitalization of Rs 1,10,864 crore and it claims to be the world’s most valuable two-wheeler manufacture as well and somewhat it is true the export figures show the global presence of the brand in international markets.
