2022 Ford endeavour Everest has made available with 2 diesel engine choices one is 2-liter twin-turbo and second is 3 liters 6-cylinder Turbo.
At the beginning of March 2022, Ford revealed the new generation of Ford endeavour which is globally known as Everest in the global markets. The full-size SUV technical information has not been released at the time but now the American manufacturer has released information of technical specifications of the SUV in Australia following the announcement regarding the new Ford Ranger.
Now Ford endeavour or Everest made available with 2 engine options and 4 variants in 2 turbocharged diesel engines. The base variant comes with 2 litre twin-turbocharged diesel engine producing a maximum power output of 209 PS and 500 Nm of peak torque while connected with rear wheels or a 4-wheel drive system through a 10-speed automatic transmission. Although with this transmission box the SUV doesn’t produce much of a mileage.
For the customers wanting higher performance the new generation, Ford Everest also comes with larger 3 liter 6-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine which develops 250 HP of maximum power and 660 Nm of peak torque an insole only with all-wheel drive configuration as the power is transferred to a 10-speed automatic gearbox.
The engines are borrowed from Ranger pickup truck but the 3 liters 6-cylinder petrol developing close to 400 PS and 2 liter single turbocharged diesel engine producing 170 PS are not offered with the new Everest as seen in Ford Ranger. The best ambient and trend are sold with 2 litre Biturbo diesel while Sport and platinum variant comes with 3 litre 6 cylinder turbo diesel.

The maximum towing capacity stands at 3500 kg while the curb weight ranges from 2259 kg and 2492 kg with the payload capacity from 741 kg to 658 kilograms depending on the variant and the engine choices.
