2021 TVS commuter Star city plus teased ahead of its launch in the Indian market, could get a few design and graphical changes.

TVS motor company has recently released a teaser image of their commuter star city plus quoting “Stay tuned we’ve got a surprise for you”. Along, with this, it also shows LED projector headlamps, a fuel tank with chrome elements, TVS lettering on the tank, and the regular turn indicators. The Star city is one of the premium motorcycles in its segment, equipped with advanced technology as well. The list comprises LED headlamps, two-tone mirrors, sporty graphic design, and so on, also it is expected that I could receive a few cosmetic updates as well.

TVS could introduce front disc brakes in the new 2021 Star city, as of now it is offered in only drum brakes. New Star City could get an added paint scheme as well. Ongoing, star city is offered in drum brakes with blacked-out multi-spoke alloy wheels and electric start feature, which is priced as Rs 66,117 and Rs 66,158 for single and dual-tone variants (ex-showroom). Dimensions could be the same as the ongoing version, measures as 1980 mm in length, 750 mm in width, and 1080 mm tall, along with a wheelbase of 1260 mm and 120 mm ground clearance. TVS expected to continue with the same 110 cc single-cylinder air-cooled Eco thrust engine with Ettie technology, which is enough to belt out a maximum power output of 8.08 HP at 7350 rpm and 8.7 Nm of peak torque at 4500 rpm.

The transmission is done by a 4-speed gearbox system, with a top speed of 90 kmph. It is suspended on a standard front fork suspension and five-step adjustable hydraulic twin rear shock absorbers. It also features a semi-digital instrument cluster. It directly rivals major bikes like Hero Splendor iSmart and passion Pro. The launch could be taken place very soon.
