Triumph Motors India’s two-wheeler maker has launched BS6 2021 Speedmaster with cosmetic changes to the previous model. The bike features the changes like an updated instrument cluster and few design elements and it looks amazing. The instrument cluster offered is a semi-digital comprised of an analog speedometer and LCD MID. The bike build on a tubular twin-cradle steel frame has remained unchanged. The bike rides on 47 mm front Showa forks and RSU mono-shock rear suspension (with the preload-adjustable feature).
The bike is currently offered with three paint schemes, Jet black, Red Hopper, and sapphire black with fusion white. The 2021 Triumph Speedmaster has 16-inch wheels on both front and rear, with MT90 R16 at the front and 150/80 R16 wheels at the rear. The braking is done by twin 310 mm disc at the front with two-piston calipers and a single disc of 255 mm with a single-piston caliper at rear wheel, along with Dual-channel ABS as standard for every variant.
The 2021 triumph Speedmaster continues to power with a 1200 cc BS6 liquid-cooled twin-parallel motor engine that is capable enough to develop 78 PS of maximum power at 6100 Rpm and a maximum torque of 106 Nm at 4,000 Rpm. The engine is mated with a 6-speed gearbox system, along with a torque-assist clutch which helps in reducing the clutch effort during changing of gear. All other specifications and ergonomics remain the same as the previous model. The bike provides a relaxed riding posture with forward-set footpegs and long-reach handlebars. The Motorcycle Scale weighs 263 Kg, which’s quite heavy with a fuel capacity of 12 liters. The 2021 Speedmaster retro styling design has remained and it looks attractive and a lot of Chrome on offer, which is very attractive for young enthusiasts
