- 2021 Suzuki Hayabusa comes priced at Rs 16.40 lakh
- Interesting fact it comes with analogue instrument cluster
- 2021 Hayabusa powered with 1340 cc Euro5/BS6 engine
Suzuki Motorcycle India has finally launched its much-anticipated 2021 Hayabusa with a few tweaks in the engine and design changes. The Motorcycle arrives in India through the CKD route, which helps the brand to launch it with an aggressive price of Rs 16.40 lakh ex-showroom. The sports bike features 6-axis IMU-based traction control system, wheelie control, hill hold control, three riding modes, cruise control, and engine brake control. The Hayabusa also gets a two-way quick shifter and cornering ABS, which makes it easy to ride on.
Although the interesting fact is unlike all the other sports bike comes with digital cluster, 2021 Hayabusa comes with the analog instrument cluster, along with small TFT to read out the trip meter, gear, km and so on. The old school instrument cluster looks good as it is clear to see all the important information, unlike the fully digital one. While to give it a modern touch the bikes feature LED tail lights, LED headlamps, and LED DRL as well.
The 2021 Suzuki Hayabusa comes powered with a 1340 cc Eur05 BS6 compliant engine, which is capable enough to develop 190 HP of maximum power and 150 Nm of peak torque. The engines come paired with a 6-speed gearbox transmission system, along with lighter pistons, connecting rods, revised crankshaft, and updated cams. While, the power output has been lower in the new model compared with the older version, but Suzuki claims that the overall performance of the bike has increased. The locally assembled Hayabusa will give a boost in sales for the brand, as many young bike enthusiasts just as its predecessor.
