2021 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and continental GT 650 launched in India, with a new color paint scheme.

Royal Enfield has finally launched the 2021 interceptor 650 and continental GT 650 in the domestic market, priced starting from Rs 3.17 lakh for single tone color and Rs 3.58 lakh for GT 650 chrome. Although, there is no mechanical changes have been made to both the bikes, besides that new color paint scheme has added to the line-up. The interceptor 650 gets a new two monotone color and two dual-tone colors. The New two single tone colors are, canyon red and Ventura blue and the two dual-tone are, downtown grey and sunset strip.

Although, the orange crush and baker express color option have been carried over from the previous model. As for the glitter and Dust (Chrome) option, has been updated and re-christened mark two, But the Mark three, ravishing red and silver specter has been discontinued on the new Interceptor 650 due to low demand. On the other hand, the continental GT 650 gets a new single tone color, British racing green, and two dual-tone colors Dux Deluxe and Ventura storm, along with rocker red color has been re-introduced with Gt 650, and Mister Clean (Chrome) color been updated with the new model. All the other color scheme has been discontinued.

Price range

Although, the interceptor 650 gets a blackened Mud Guard and Blacked out rims available in Single Tone, while it was offered in Dual-tone colors in previous models. No Changes have been made to the mechanicals of bikes, it continues to power with 648 ccs single-cylinder air/oil-cooled twin-parallel motor, which generates 47.65 PS of maximum power at 7150 Rpm and peak torque of 52 Nm at 5250 Rpm. The transmission is handled by a 6-speed sequential gearbox system, with a slipper clutch as standard in all color trims.
