Hero MotoCorp has silently launched the BS6 compliant version of Xpulse 200T in the Indian market. The two-wheeler maker doesn’t do much of the updates in the design element, but the mechanical changes have been made to achieve the required emission norms. It is priced from Rs 1.12 lakh ex-showroom pan India. The hero Xpulse 200T is the part of 200 cc line up of Xpulse which includes, Xpulse 200 adventure tourer and Xtreme 200S motorcycle. Xpulse 200T BS6 offered in three color schemes, Matte Shield gold, panther black, and Sports Red, as for its price tag it doesn’t have the feature to justify the price compared with its rival bikes.

2021 Hero Xpulse 200T BS6 equipped with features like LED headlamp, fully digital instrument cluster supports Bluetooth connectivity and navigation, LED taillights, and under the cowl, 17-inch black alloy wheels, etc. As for the powertrain is concern it powered with the same 199.6 ccs two-valve single cylinder oil cooled petrol engine, which is capable enough to develop 18.1 PS of maximum power output at 8,500 Rpm and 16.15 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 Rpm. The drivetrain comes mated with a 5-speed transmission gearbox system. The bike gets a larger catalytic convertor, with no other dimensional changes. It boasts the same 177 mm ground clearance, 179 mm of seat height, and 154 Kg of weight.

The Xpulse 200T BS6 braking is handled by 276 mm disc at the front wheel and 220 mm of the disc at the rear wheel, with a single-channel ABS system. The Bike rides on 37 m telescopic front forks and seven steps adjustable rear monoshock absorber. The Bike moves on 17-inch rims with a 100/80 section at the front and a 130/70 section at the rear tire. As for the future hero MotoCorp going to expand their 200-cc lineup in India, the BS6 emission norms came into effect from April 1st, 2020 which discontinued Xpulse 200T.
