Hero MotoCorp has today announced the launch of Xpulse 200 4V in the Indian market with a price range starts from Rs 1.28 lakh ex-showroom. The Bike is positioned in rank with the top range of Xpulse 200S and Xpulse 200T. the 2021 Hero Xpulse 4V comes with subtle changes in comparison to Xpulse 200S and 200T but the main highlight is the addition of a 4 valve engine. The new engine makes it more capable and will rival RE Himalayan and KTM 250 Adventures. The addition of 4 valve engines also adds 6% more power and 5% more torque over the regular ongoing models.

2021 Hero Xpulse 200 4V launched

The 2021 Hero Xpulse 200 4V features plenty of advanced technology like LED headlights, a fully digital LCD instrument console with smartphone connectivity enable with calls alerts, turn by turn navigation, Eco mode, two trip meters, odometer, fuel indications, and so much more. The braking is performed with a standard single-channel ABS. As for suspension Xpulse 200 4V paired with longer travel of 190 mm at the front and 170 mm at the rear. While the bike rides on 21-inch front wheels and 18-inch rear spoke wheels.

As for performance, 2021 Hero Xpulse 200 4V comes paired with BS6 200cc 4 valve oil-cooled engine, which produces 19.1 HP of maximum power at 8,500 Rpm and 17.3 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 Rpm. The addition of 4 valves adds more power to the bike across mid and top speed range, as well as helps in reducing vibrations at higher speeds. For better cooling, at high speed, and in heavy traffic the cooling system has been updated with a 7fin oil cooler. Other highlights are 10-step adjustable monoshock suspension an accessible-height of 825mm and have a ground clearance of 220mm. Hero Xpulse 200 4V is offered in multiple colors, Trail blue, Blitz blue, and red raid.
